Man United will offer Marcus Rashford a new deal amidst claims he is unhappy

Rashford is red
Marcus Rashford burst onto the scene as an 18 year old at the tail end of the 2015/16 season.
The young English striker scored a brace in his first game for Manchester United (against FC Midtjylland in the Europa League) before repeating the feat against Arsenal three days later.
Ever since then, Rashford has been one of football’s biggest names playing for one of the biggest clubs in the world and the English national team.
Since Mourinho arrived at Old Trafford in the summer of 2016, Rashford has struggled to break into the United starting line up on a regular basis.
“Unhappy”
According to the Mirror, Rashford has told his friends that he is unhappy at Old Trafford which has alerted the club.Since Alexis Sanchez’s arrival at Old Trafford from Arsenal in January, Rashford’s playing time has been kept to a bare minimum.
Rashford has featured 50 times for The Red Devils this term but completed a full 90 minutes on just 9 occasions.
United aren’t prepared to lose their academy graduate and are looking to upgrade his contract from £60,000 per week to £100,000 ahead of the new season.
Where will Rashford be next season?
Manchester United legend Teddy Sheringham, who scored the equalising goal in the 1999 Champions League final, has urged Rashford to look for a move elsewhere. (Manchester Evening News)There are very few teams who wouldn’t want to sign Rashford. He is a pacy, nimble and clinical forward who deserves to be playing far more often.
Mourinho explained that he wouldn’t let Rashford go out on loan.
He impresses me. That’s the reason why he was selected for every match of the season – absolutely every match of the season – and that’s why he played in so many of them.
“So he doesn’t need to leave to play or to need anything.”
It looks like Rashford will still be at Old Trafford next term but perhaps Mourinho doesn’t understand that Rashford deserves and needs to be playing more often.
